Stephanie helped me realize that neurodivergence isn’t a box; it’s a spectrum of strengths. She gave me the tools to see people as individuals—shaping how I lead, communicate, and embrace true inclusivity. She taught me that when we meet people where they are—without trying to fit them into one mold—we unlock richer collaboration, genuine connection, and a thriving team culture. She will help leaders everywhere create workplaces where everyone is seen, valued, and empowered.”

Consultations offer direct guidance for one to four people and are structured around your goals (sometimes the goal is figuring out a goal). Focus areas can include engaging effectively with neurodivergent workers, supporting veterans with PTSD in the office, emotional intelligence for difficult conversations, and strong leadership for mental health. Direct guidance is developed to get you a plan that is built for your strengths, needs, and environment, fill out the inquiry form below to get started and see how we can enhance your work.

Womankind clinicians offer clinical consultation to other clinicians navigating complex cases, working through a particular clinical issue, or investing in their own professional growth. This is peer-level support from practitioners who are still doing the clinical work themselves. Consultation services are not legal advice, but typically count towards required collaboration hours for maintaining licensure and are a critical tool in maintaining best practices for quality care. Use the inquiry form below to reach out and see how we might be able to support you.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision We provide clinical supervision for master's-level clinicians in W2 clinical positions who are pursuing licensure in New Hampshire through the Board of Mental Health Practice. Stephanie Vazzano additionally offers supervision hours for art therapists working toward ATCB registration as a Registered Art Therapist. Supervisees are encouraged to follow not only the ethical code of their guild, but also the Feminist Therapy Code of Ethics. Clinical supervision aims to help new clinicians grow their individual best practice, confidence, resources, and supportive, affirming care for all.
I have had a wonderful experience with Womankind over the past year. Stephanie is warm, relatable, a deep listener - I feel her care, that she really wants to understand my world, and it has felt easy and natural to trust her and feel safe with her. She is so empathetic and also knows how to ask the questions to gently challenge me, seeing the areas where there is more to explore. What I have seen of Womankind beyond Stephanie also feels very safe, organized, thoughtful, and affirming. I highly recommend them!
